Archive description

A total of 181 fecal samples (107 were from individuals with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) samples (53 ulcerative colitis (UC), 50 Crohn's disease (CD) and 4 no clear classification), and 74 were from individuals without IBD) were collected from patients at Peking University Third Hospital (Beijing, China). Samples were collected from March 2021 to May 2023. For most participants suffered from gut disturbances, their IBD status was determined using endoscopy.
