- Fatigue-associated gut bacteria in Japanese healthy adults characterized by metagenomic analysis. 2026 PMID 42289444 PMC13526866 unsure
Archive description
This project investigates the relationship between gut microbiome and fatigue in the context of healthy. Fecal samples were collected from healthy Japanese adults and fatigue assessment were conducted in the same time. Using whole genome sequencing, we characterized taxonomic and functional characteristics in the gut microbiome.
