Archive description
We performed shotgun metagenomic sequencing on longitudinal fecal samples collected from 21 patients who underwent FMT for CPE decolonization. Samples were obtained at baseline (pre-FMT) and at weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 after FMT. Patients were categorized into Success and Failure groups based on decolonization outcomes. Due to variations in clinical course and censoring, some patients did not have samples available at all time points.
