16 of 20 people sampled more than once (32 samples; median 2, up to 2 per person). Schedule stated by the source: “Up to two time points per twin, with an average interval of about 2 years (12-44 months) between visits.”.
20 Korean monozygotic twins = 10 twin pairs; 8 pairs sampled at 2 timepoints, 2 pairs (or per description, 10 pairs once + 8 twice) at 1 timepoint; 36 samples total..

Archive description
This is a metagenomic study to investigate the microbial community and metabolic functions of Korean twin pairs. Fecal samples from 10 twin pairs were collected once and those of 8 pairs were collected twice with an average interval between sampling of about 2 years. Whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing was performed in a total of 36 fecal samples.
