Archive description

Faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) delivered via colonoscopic infusion or enemas have been shown to induce remission in a proportion of patients with active ulcerative colitis. Here, we aimed to investigate donor bacterial taxonomic and functional determinants of therapeutic outcome.
