longitudinal
74 of 116 people sampled more than once (309 samples; median 4, up to 10 per person) · follow-up median 21 d (max 21 d) · median interval between samples 21 d (time from timepoint labels). Schedule stated by the source: “Stool samples collected at multiple timepoints relative to CAR-T infusion: before Day -21, Day -21 to Day 0, and after Day 0”.
Each row is one person (36 shown of 74); dots are samples at days since that person's first sample.

Archive description
In order to discover and validate associations between the gut microbiome and the clinical outcomes of CD19-targeted CAR-T cell immunotherapy, we performed an international, multi-center cross-sectional clinical study. Stool samples of patients were collected before and over the course of CAR-T cell therapy, and the associations of the gut microbiome with therapy responses and the occurrence of immune-related side effects were analyzed.
