Archive description

This study involved healthy participants recruited between 2016 and 2018 at Odense University Hospital. The inclusion criteria specified individuals aged 18-75 who were matched by gender, age and (partially) BMI to alcohol-related liver disease patients from the GALA-ALD cohort.

How this project entered the registry

Classified as human gut / stool shotgun DNA metagenome of adult and elderly by opus_adjudicated with confidence 0.60. Assay shotgun_dna.
