Each row is one person (24 shown of 25); dots are samples at days since that person's first sample.
UC FMT trial subset: 12 FMT patients who received Donor B stool; Donor B stool sampled 2013–2017 (plus 13 culture plate pools).

- Detecting microbial engraftment after FMT using placebo sequencing and culture enriched metagenomics to sort signals from noise. 2025 PMID 40216789 PMC11992129 own_data
Archive description
This study investigates microbial engraftment in ulcerative colitis (UC) patients who received FMT from a single donor, using both shotgun metagenomics and culture-enriched metagenomics. Shotgun metagenomic sequencing was performed on fecal samples collected from patients in both the FMT and placebo groups at baseline and at the end of the trial.
