Sampling design and relatedness

longitudinal — not resolved

50 of 122 people sampled more than once (101 samples; median 2, up to 3 per person). Schedule stated by the source: “disease_stage: VISITE(3-6 MONTHS) and VISITE(12 MONTHS) for COVIDPOS; single COVIDNEG visit” (time origin: diagnosis).

Archive description

Long COVID (LC) is a debilitating condition that can follow acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. It manifests differently across individuals, but the most severe cases are often associated with neuroinflammation and neuropsychological sequelae. It is known that dysbiosis and leaky gut are also associated with this disease
