Archive description

This study encompasses a cohort with diverse maternal conditions, including healthy mothers, with HIV infection, and with HBV infection. Metagenomic data are available from fecal samples of these mothers. For infants, longitudinal metagenomic data from fecal samples are available during early life (at birth, 1 month, and 3 months).

How this project entered the registry

Classified as human gut / stool shotgun DNA metagenome of adult and infant / toddler and neonate by sonnet_x2 with confidence 0.60. Assay shotgun_dna.
