! Self-contradictory metadata

age: two sequence archives disagree for 50 samples (e.g. 0.0 vs 121.7) — withheld.

The sources disagree on 50 samples. Where two incompatible values exist for one sample (or one person's samples disagree on sex), neither value is published: the field is left empty here, in the sample sheet and in the downloads. Both sides, with their sources, are in gut_metadata_contradictions.parquet of the data package (what counts as a contradiction).

Details
Archive description

Infections remain an important cause of morbidity and mortality in pediatricallogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) recipients. Disruption of the gut microbiota has been linked to poor outcomes in single-center studies of these patients, however application to other centers has been limited. This multi-center study aimed to evaluate drivers of multi drug resistant organism gene dynamics in pediatric HCT recipients across multiple centers in the United States and Europe.
