Archive description
To analyze the co-infection of pathogenic microorganisms in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of patients with pneumonia following renal transplantation and examine the correlation between these pathogens and patients physico-chemical indicators, we conducted a single center retrospective analysis of metagenomic data and clinical information from the BALF of 221 patients who developed pneumonia after renal transplantation.
