Archive description

We sequenced the gut metagenomes of patients with colorectal cancer, together age- and sex-matched controls. Our goal is to analyze their taxonomic and functional profiles, as well as reconstruct bacterial and archaeal genomes of interest, related to the microbial metabolic toxicity that may be driving colorectal cancer progression.
