Archive description

A study to evaluate the extent to which non-nutritive sweeteners influence the

gut microbiota, and to evaluate if prolonged consumption of non-nutritive sweetener alters gut microbiome composition, thereby disturbing metabolic pathways involved in the glycemic control, appetite, and energy metabolism and increasing the risk of obesity.
