longitudinal — not resolved

Schedule stated by the source: “Subset of 17 HT recipients had paired pre- and post-HT stool samples, median 5 days before and 10 days after HT; others single timepoint within 14 days pre/post HT.” (time origin: transplant).

Archive description

In order to improve our understanding of de novo DSA production, we aim to examine the interaction between the microbiome and HT. The role of the gut microbiome has been understudied in solid organ, particularly HT, with nearly no studies examining its role in human HT recipients.
