Sampling design and relatedness

19 of 21 people sampled more than once (69 samples; median 4, up to 5 per person). Schedule stated by the source: “Four time points: preFMT/preICI (baseline), postFMT (7 days)/preICI, postFMT/postICI (3 weeks), postFMT/postICI (3 months).” (time origin: transplant); stated follow-up 3 mo.

3 healthy FMT donors (D1, D2, D5) sequenced; 11 donor stool samples each titled with the recipient patient id (11 donor->recipient links).

Archive description

Bacterial communities of patient fecal samples were profiled via V3-V4 region 16S rRNA gene sequencing at four time points: i) prior to both fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) and anti-PD-1 immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy, ii) post-FMT (7 days) / pre-ICI, iii) post-FMT / post-ICI (3 weeks), and iv) post-FMT / post-ICI (3 months)
