- A synbiotic preparation (SIM01) for post-acute COVID-19 syndrome in Hong Kong (RECOVERY): a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial. 2024 PMID 38071990 own_data
Archive description
Post-acute COVID-19 syndrome (PACS) affects at least 65 million individuals worldwide but treatment is limited. Whether microbiota modulation is effective in PACS is unknown. We aimed to assess the efficacy of a novel synbiotic preparation (SIM01) on the alleviation of PACS symptoms.
How this project entered the registry
Classified as human gut / stool shotgun DNA metagenome of age unknown by opus_adjudicated with confidence 0.60. Assay shotgun_dna.
