11 of 13 people sampled more than once (53 samples; median 5, up to 5 per person). Schedule stated by the source: “Stool collected before FMT (day 0) and on days 2, 14, 42 and 84 after FMT, plus donor sample before FMT”; stated follow-up 3 mo.
FMT: 5 allogenic and 5 autologous recipients; 3 donors sampled (DON_8, DON_11, DON_19); donor–recipient pairing not in archive.

Archive description
Ten individuals with metabolic syndrome underwent a single faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT): 5 of which were allogenic, the other 5 autologous. Stool samples were collected before FMT (day 0) and days 2, 14, 42 and 84 after FMT and from the donor before FMT. Metagenomic shotgun sequencing was performed on all samples.
