Human gut/stool shotgun metagenomes from subjects aged 0–1,100 days (the Infant Gut Shotgun-Metagenome Catalog).
Membership rule (config/scope.yaml): in_infant_catalog == include. Memberships derive deterministically from host, body sites, life stages and assay; a study can belong to several scopes. This scope is curated: every included study has a study page with per-sample metadata.
